Based on your personal needs, your trainer will focus on a variety of methods to help you achieve a healthier, more balanced and functional body. No two sessions will be the same and your sessions will primarily be outside regardless of rain or shine. However, the accessibility of an indoor studio can be arranged by request or necessity. That being said, we ask that you please come prepared both mentally and physically for any outdoor weather conditions.

During your initial fitness consultation your personal trainer will
discuss your fitness objectives, review your health & fitness background
and guide you in determining what method of training will help you achieve
the best results! We're confident that it won't take long for you to
see why your decision to work with our personal trainers was the right
choice!

This training program is designed based on your personal needs & abilities.
Your trainer will provide weekly re-assessments of the training methods
being used so that you continue to get the best results and never reach
a plateau with your fitness training. You will also be given training
homework to stress the importance of being accountable for your training
program as well as nutritional and diet advice to help keep you on track.
The one-on-one communication and guidance from your personal trainer will
provide you with the right kind of motivation to challenge yourself, gain
stamina and build confidence in your own abilities!

Quick Start Program $189 + hst
fitness consultation, training program and one training session
12 Session Package $840 + hst
fitness consultation, training program and 12 training sessions
Additional 12 session Package $720 + hst
Partner Training
Know someone with a similar schedule and the same fitness goals? Maximize
your money and your results with a customized workout for you and a partner!
You will be given training homework throughout the rest of the week in
order to stress the importance of being accountable for your training
program and to each other! Your trainer will also provide you with nutrition
and diet advice to help keep you on track and reach your goals sooner!
$90 + hst/HR
Group Personal Training (4-6 people)
Do you find large groups intimidating but thrive off the energy from others?
If you said yes, then this is perfect for you! This program consists of
individual and partner work coupled with a full range of training methods.
This group size is still small enough for individual attention and personalized
motivation from your trainer. We're pretty confident that training with
a small group will not only help you get results...you'll actually have
fun doing it!
